Strategic Exercise
You’ll complete a take-home exercise designed to reflect the kinds of strategic problems you’d tackle at Teak. This is your chance to go deep and demonstrate your skills.
Team Interview
You’ll meet with cross-functional teammates to review your exercise, evaluate fit, and align on mutual expectations.
Final Alignment Conversation
We’ll wrap with an open dialogue to make sure this is the right move, for you and for us.
